A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm Matt, I am 22 years old and the CEO and Founder of Barebones Athletics and Barebones Training. My full time jobs right now are being a Head Coach at F45 Training and running Barebones Athletics.

I've been weightlifting and running for over 7+ years and I've loved it so much I made it my career. My goal is to help you make as much progress as you can! There is the physical aspect of training, but there is also the mental, the spiritual, and the emotional portion of training that not a lot of people realize. My goal is to help you through all of that! Maximizing your ability to be healthy!
